Studio Partnership

[ Your creative studio, always on ] Great design isn't a one-time event. It's a practice. Our Studio Partnership gives ambitious brands a dedicated creative team that already understands their voice, their audience, and the standard they hold themselves to, available every month without starting from scratch.

Your brand is always in motion. Your creative support should be too.

A website launch is a starting point, not a finish line. Your brand evolves, campaigns need new assets, websites need improvements, and competitors raise the bar. The businesses that stay ahead are the ones investing in consistent, considered creative output month after month.

A Studio Partnership means having a senior creative team in your corner that understands your brand, maintains its standards across every touchpoint, and keeps pushing the quality of the work forward rather than simply maintaining it.

All plans are billed monthly in advance. Minimum commitments apply. Every plan includes a dedicated point of contact and a monthly performance review.

Partnership plans

Working at a larger scale?

Some partnerships don't fit a standard plan. This might mean multiple brands, larger creative volumes, or a scope that spans strategy through to full production.

If that sounds like you, we shape the engagement around what you need instead of asking you to fit a template.

What makes this different

A retainer with us is not a support queue.

Start a Conversation

Many agency retainers become reactive support queues focused on tickets, fixes, and isolated requests. Our Studio Partnership is structured differently, with senior involvement, a clear roadmap, and consistent attention to the quality of the work.

Every Studio Partnership is led by a senior member of our team. The people involved in your strategy, brand, or website stay close to the work as the partnership evolves, so the standard and context are not lost between individual requests.

We treat your brand as a living system that benefits from consistent, considered creative input. The goal is not to fill a monthly allocation, but to keep building a body of work that becomes stronger and more coherent over time.

FAQs
Do I need to have worked with Create Circus before?

No. Many Studio Partnership clients begin with us through an ongoing engagement rather than a previous project.

If you're new to Create Circus, we start with a focused brand and business immersion so we understand your existing assets, visual standards, goals, workflows, and priorities before the regular monthly rhythm begins.

What happens to unused design hours?

On the Essentials plan, unused hours can carry over for one month. On Growth and Partner plans, capacity is planned around an agreed monthly roadmap so the available time is used intentionally.

If priorities change, we review the remaining capacity together and redirect it toward the most useful work before the month closes.

Can I change plans after I start?

Yes, with 30 days' notice. Your needs may change as the partnership develops, so we can move the engagement up or down when another plan makes more sense.

We would rather keep you on the right level of support than maintain a plan that no longer matches the work.

What's the minimum commitment, and why?

Essentials and Growth have a 3-month minimum commitment, while Partner has a 6-month minimum.

Ongoing creative work becomes more valuable when there is enough time to build context, establish priorities, implement improvements, and evaluate the results. After the minimum term, agreements continue monthly with 30 days' notice.

How does billing work?

Plans are invoiced monthly in advance and are due within 7 days. We accept bank transfer and card payments.

Any additional commercial terms are confirmed in the Studio Partnership agreement before the engagement begins.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. Create Circus works with businesses across the UK, Europe, the US, and other international markets.

Studio Partnerships are designed for remote collaboration, with shared project systems, structured communication, and regular reviews that work smoothly across countries and time zones.
