The Brief

Le Clown Bar a popular wine bar in Paris, partnered with our team to create a custom Shopify website for selling their wine selection online, under the name Cave du Clown. We designed and developed an intuitive user interface that reflected the bar’s unique branding and atmosphere.

“At the restaurant Le Clown Bar and at the Cave du Clown, we have one guiding principle: far from agriculture and viticulture mainly subject to the imperatives of the agri-food industry, that of promoting wines without artifice; artisanal, organic, natural wines that are crafted with respect for plants, animals and humans.”

Approach

Keeping a rustic French feel, we designed an informative, image-first design, with specific business functionalities such as specific maximum order rules, and age verification.

The result is a visually appealing and user-friendly
e-commerce platform that extends the Cave du Clown experience to online customers and drives direct-to-consumer wine sales.
